Account & Billing

• Access limits and pricing may change while the product is in pre-launch development.
• If paid plans are introduced, billing terms will be presented before purchase.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using DeckChat. We claim no ownership over your presentations.

Prohibited Use

You may not use DeckChat to create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

Data Advantage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
